How to Maintain Healthy Skin?



Skin is the largest organ of human body that comes in contact with the surroundings. It helps in keeping the harmful microbes at bay. Skin is rich with nerve endings which help us feel things such as heat, cold, and pain.

Skin plays an important role in production of Vitamin D, which is vital for bone health and other parts of the body. Hence, maintaining healthy skin is essential as skin plays a vital role in protecting our body.

Healthy skin shall help you from getting sick or damage your bones, muscles or internal organs. Healthy skin is smooth, with no breaks. It is not dry, flaky, moist or wrinkled. Healthy skin is a mirror of a healthy body.
